Need a luncheon for a bridal shower?  ... a baby shower?   ... a high school reunion?  ... an office meeting?  Whatever your needs, we can provide a hot or cold luncheon for you.  The following are just our suggestions.  You can choose from them or bring us your own ideas. 

Homemade Calzones:  Creamy Ricotta, Mozarella, and Parmesan Cheeses encrusted in homemade pizza crust, served with warm pizza sauce, mixed green salad with crisp vegetables and house Italian dressing.

Assorted Sandwiches and Soup:  Homemade sandwich rolls filled with your choice of three fillings:  thin sliced roast turkey, Italian roast beef, Prosciutto ham w/pesto, and vegetarian choices.  To complete the package, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese is added.  Finish with homemade soup of your choice.

Ham and Cheese Stuffed Shells & Salad:  Jumbo pasta shells cooked al-denté and filled with a trio of Swiss, Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses and tender diced ham; baked with a creamy cheese sauce and topped with more Parmesan cheese.  Served with your choice of classic caesar or mixed green salad and crispy homemade garlic Italian bread.

Taco Buffet:  Build your own taco meal exactly the way you like it! All the fixings provided for the perfect taco or taco salad: seasoned ground beef, refried beans, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, shredded lettuce, salsa, cool sour cream, and soft and hard taco shells.

Homemade Chicken and Biscuits:  Pulled chicked and homemade buttermilk biscuits topped with creamy chicken gravy.  Includes mixed peas and carrots and cranberry sauce.

Soup and Salad Buffet:  Choice of two soups: Corn Chowder; Vegetable; Chicken and Rice; Vegetable Beef Noodle; Tomato Bisque; Cream of Mushroom; Potato, Cheese & Ham; New England Clam Chowder.  Classic Caesar salad and homemade rolls.

All choices include canned soda, bottled water & chef's choice of dessert
